Balletto Vineyards/Sonoma Summertime

I have enjoyed featuring the wines of Balletto Vineyards.Anthony Beckman has made great wines, and this winery is not only a local favorite, but known nationally for great price and quality. We will start with one of their chardonnays. What a pleasure it is to feature Balletto's first ever single vineyard Chardonnay. It’s a true and distinct reflection of our new estate vineyard situated in the steep hills southwest of Sebastopol where thick coastal fog and cold Pacific wind batter the vines daily. As a result, the wine is richly textured and full, yet maintains a bright cool-climate acidity that lends balance, finesse and a long, extravagant finish. The aromas open with bright lemon, spiced pear and stone fruit followed by a rich and toasty crème brûlée profile. It’s the complete package of a big and lush Chardonnay that’s held in check by its perfect acidity and low alcohol. We are also enjoying their Zinfandel! It’s classic Zin, chock-full of rhubarb and tangled, brambly berries, and yet under these bright and fresh tones, there’s a dark, robust side, with a touch of mocha and Cabernet-like cassis. In all we have three courses to share with you,we reserved you a seat.Join us ,please?!Cheers! Click here and join us for a great food and wine pairing.
