Reserve merlot 2005 from Mitch Cosentino/Brannan's Grill/Chef Greg Elliott

I opened this wine the night before I did my show with chef Greg Elliott and Brannan's Grill.It needed that much time to evolve.It was great the first night with many different layers to the wine.As we featured the wine the next night we couldn't stop talking about the all over depth of this beautiful wine.The food and wine pairing was perfect!The wine is one of a kind,and can still be purchased at the winery.Now let's join mitch Cosentino of Cosentino Winery,as he tell us of this world class wine!
