Chef Bob Hurley/PinotNoir/Krutz Family Cellars & Trinitas Cellars
Here is a great feature with chef Bob Hurley. We had two great pinots and opened both to feature the contrast between the two famous pinot noir regions. The Trinitas Cellars Pinot is from Carneros located in between Napa and Sonoma, and influenced by the cool breeze from the coast. The Pinot from Krutz Family Cellars is from Anderson Valley which is north of Sonoma County as route 128 goes toward the Pacific,in Mendocino County.Bob Hurley paired up both wines with a dish that I will have each and every time that I travel into the amazing little town of Yountville,in Northern California's Napa Valley.Cheers!
