Chef Wayne Johnson/Pinot Noir/Krutz Family Cellars/Steele Wines

I visited Chef Wayne Johnson at the Mayflower Park Hotel in Seattle,and we enjoyed almost his whole menu.He has a great time preparing dishes and I enjoyed his food and wines pairing so much I will be back at his door in the Very near future...Begging him to "FEED DOC"!We are featuring two great Pinot Noir producers.Patrick Krutz and Krutz Family cellars makes an amazing Pinots from Anderson Valley in Mendocino County.Jed Steele makes Pinots Noirs from Santa Barbara,and it was very interesting tasting both together with these great dishes!Cheers!
