Chef James Bailey and I got together recently at the beautiful Riveria Palm Springs.I really enjoyed this fine resort,and love the weather in this famous California resort area.The pool area is the center of attraction during the day,and gives way to food and wine patio style, for the evening meal.This will be a spot I want to visit often in the up coming months.I enjoyed the cuisine and will give you details on an event featuring Cosentino wines and this very talented chef and very special resort.This features the Chardonnay from Krutz Family Cellars.This is a small winery that has great fruit sources and a very special winemaker,Patrick Krutz.This fruit is from a single vineyard,low yields,and a very special blending of a small amount of Voignier,check out this winery and get a case of this wine!Cheers!
