Casecade Cliffs/Maryhill Winery/Salty's On Alki/A Scottish Chef

After visiting "The Gorge",I headed toward the city of Seattle.I stayed at the Renaissance hotel,and after checking in....I headed down to Salty's On Alki.This restaurant sits on Alki Beach looking back at the city over the bay.A table at this restaurant includes one of the best views known to man and beast!The chef is a great friend of mine and is always looking to improve a perfect menu.That's where I come into the scene...someone has to try ALL the new dishes and sometimes twice.This is another full half hour feature with Salty's and the great wines of Washington state.
