Simi Winery/The Sonoma County Line/The Alexander Valley Reserve Cabernet
We have 2 more great features with Simi Winery. We start with the Sonoma County line.SIMI Sauvignon Blanc is everything a wine made from this noble grape should be. Small amounts of Viognier and Semillon were blended in to contribute additional richness to the palate. The Chardonnay has Lifted aromatics of citrus, lightly spiced with toasty oak and hints of buttery cream add a savory character. It all comes together on the palate with well-defined, fresh, forward flavors of nectarine, peach, and lemon lifted by a lightly toasted and warm oak character. The Merlot features Good structure and wonderfully balanced acidity. This medium- to full-bodied Merlot possesses depth and richness, finishing with youthful tannins.last but not least is the Sonoma County line Pinot Noir! Dark, sweet spices of pepper and nutmeg mingle with lifted hints of ginger and smoke. Darker notes than previous vintages, but maintaining the bright, lifted acidity that pairs well with food.We also have a very special wine we also feature. The Simi Alexander valley Reserve Cabernet!Big bold and brooding aromas of black fruit: Blackberry, black cherry, blueberry and plum accented with mineral notes of subtle toast, roasted coffee, dark chocolate and a lifted notes of cedar and bay laurel. Now let's pop the corks on these beautiful wines, and enjoy the wines of Simi winery!Just talking about these wines sends my mind wandering into the amazing world of food and wine pairings!Now....What would you serve with these wines?Let me know, and let me know what time dinner is!!please!!! Cheers! Click here and join us!We saved you a seat!Cheers!.
