Tasting Notes for our next wine! Merlot Bench Vineyard 2013
Our Merlot shows aromas of ripe cherry, red plum and clove. On the palate there is bright berry as well as toasted oak and, in the background, some dried herb and cola notes. Medium bodied with ripe tannins which follow through to a lush, almost velvety finish. This is one of my favorite wines from this fabled winery. Tasting Notes for the Pedroncelli Dry Creek Three Vineyard Cabernet 2013
Rich aromas of red plum, sage and toasted oak introduce our Cabernet Sauvignon. Ripe cherry fruit, black olive and black pepper spice follow on the palate. The wine showcases the fruit with a bit of jammy blackberry and a spicy finish. From a richer vintage showing firm tannins and good acidity. Enjoy upon release or cellar up to eight more years. We will need a couple more dishes to go with these wines. Please join us as we saved you a seat Cheers!
