Kiona Ice Wine

They had no problem making ice wine this year! Wow, this wine is great! To make an ice wine you have to freeze the grapes on the vine. When the temperature drops to 18 -20 degrees the grapes are ready to harvest. These grapes become little “BB's” of extract juice. Washington State does a great number of ice wines and this is one of the best. This is great with dessert, or as dessert....Scott points that out, I believe! Listen to Kiona Winery Ice Wine Feature
