Trinitas Cellars/Brannan's Grill/Napa Valley

Here are two food and wine pairings from chef Greg Elliott and Brannan's Grill,located in Calistoga.The Cabernet is a very good food wine.The Maturo is a wine that I had never tried.The vineyard has 120 year old vines.this is one of the hugest wines I have ever tried.I like it!Let's join Kevin Mills as he tells us about these two "Big Reds".Cheers!
